  • Now add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, garam masala, red chilli powder, hing and salt

  • Knead soft dough by mixing all the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes
  • Take ball size dough. Roll it a little and fill the mixture to it and seal it properly
  • Now roll the paratha of your desire size.
  • Heat up the pan and start roasting the Paratha by applying oil in both the side
  • Roast it till it become brown from both the side.
