  • Add the cumin and coriander powder.Add the chillies and adjust the salt
  • Stir and add 2 cup water. The ratio should be 1:2.double the quantity of water to the vermicelli
  • Once a boil comes, add the vermicelli.Let it cook. you can cover it with lid.
  • Once all the water is absorbed, garnish with fresh coriander leaves
